We pride ourselves in excellent workmanship and thus offer a 3 Month Warranty Period,on all work carried out on your device, from the date of collection from our Repair Centre.
Whilst we specialise in repairing liquid damaged handsets, once we have successfully managed to assist in getting the device functional, they do tend to be challenging to warranty. Over the past few years, we have had instances where devices would go on working as normal for years on end, others a few months. This has shown us, the sheer volatility post liquid damage repair, thus encouraging us to continue assisting clients in attempting repair on these devices, however carrying NO Warranty on the repair itself.
We are currently in the process of automating the communication process through our systems to notify clients not only via email, but also via sms texting regarding the current status of their devices. The best method of enquiry is to use our online search field on our website for the exact status of your device. Our systems have now integrated with our website and provide an hourly updated status. Simply enter our in-house jobcard number, alternatively the Imei number for the more tech savvy client and click on the search icon. Your device's current status will be immediately displayed. Once the status changes to QC Passed, this would now mean that the device has been repaired and has passed all our tests and checks and is ready for you to collect. We encourage you to use this fantastic method of tracking your device through our entire repair process.
For us to action a quote acceptance, the preferred method of payment is by eft into our company account, with the SSS JOB NUMBER as the reference, prior to coming through to collect your device. Once the payment is made kindly email the proof of payment to: email@example.com. If however, your preferred method of payment is by debit or credit card, this too is acceptable and we do cater for all types of cards including American Express. Kindly notify my accounts team in advance, who will have the device repaired awaiting your on site payment at the time of collection. All cash payments exceeding R2000 have an incentive discount of 10%.
